The website http://www.flowlow.dk is owned and maintained by Flowlow and is subject to the terms and conditions below. Your access to and use of the domain www.flowlow.dk is subject to the terms and conditions stated in this legal notice. Flowlow advises you to review the following basic rules that govern the use of our site. If you do not accept these terms, you must not access or use the website www.flowlow.dk

1.1 - CHANGES

Flowlow reserves the right to discontinue or change product specifications and prices without prior notice. The products are available while stocks last. Any misadvertised or inaccurate prices are not binding on Flowlow and may be adjusted at any time.

1.2 – PROPERTY

All information, documents, images, materials on this page are owned by or licensed to Flowlow. You are only permitted to use materials from our site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download, print and save copies of this material for your own personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use of any information, documents, images or materials by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited, and unauthorized use may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. Any license or right to use any trademark or service mark displayed on the Site must be obtained with the written permission of a Company officer.

Flowlow will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

1.3 - CONFLICT

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved by the Courts of the European Communities. The agreement shall be construed, interpreted and enforced exclusively in accordance with Danish law.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCT

The products displayed on this website are displayed as accurately as possible, but the displayed colors of the products depend on the user's monitor, and Flowlow cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately display the actual colors of the products. Each product is made using natural products and the wood base you receive may differ in color and grain pattern from images found on our website.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

All products ordered are for personal use and gift only. Any product sold and/or supplied by Flowlow may not be resold in any form or place; we reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized and unofficial sales or displays of goods.

Flowlow reserves the right to reject any order. In this case, we will notify you and refund the full amount purchased.

SECTION 4 - SHIPMENT

4.1 – SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping and handling fees assessed at the time of purchase apply to the first shipment of items only. Additional charges will apply if your product is returned to us, whether intentionally or due to carrier's inability to deliver due to incorrect address, customer's inability to pick up or receive shipped package or inability to pay customs/VAT or other charges.

Flowlow will charge additional shipping and handling fees for each delivery attempt you request. These fees are based on fluctuating shipping rates and may be greater than the original shipping and handling fees assessed for your order. If you choose to forfeit your product, the price of the product will be returned to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an attempt to ship your product has been made. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 days, but due to COVID-19, delays of 1-2 weeks may occur as our logistics partners try to work around global shutdowns.

4.2 – ADDRESS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Addresses and personal information must only be submitted in characters found in the English alphabet. Addresses or names containing international characters are invalid. If an order contains such characters, we will attempt to contact you to provide a valid name and/or address. Telephone numbers must be provided when purchasing all orders. Phone numbers are required for contact on delivery.

4.3 – TRANSPORTATION

Products purchased from the Website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier that is not affiliated with or controlled by Flowlow. Depending on location, the following carriers are used (FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, POSTNORD, GLS, DAO). If you need specific information about how your shipment will be delivered, please contact kundeservice@flowlow.dk Once your product has been shipped from our warehouse, we have no control over the postal service and we cannot accept any responsibility for delayed delivery or if a package is lost in transit. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the responsible shipping company and let us know by email.

SECTION 5 – CUSTOMS, VAT AND OTHER CHARGES

Customs duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the customs authorities of the country of destination and are determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacture of the goods being purchased and the classification of those goods in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by many countries. Check your local customs website for the latest updates on VAT rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Flowlow assumes no responsibility for any charges.

5.1 - DISCLOSED VALUE

Flowlow will not reduce the declared value of goods to circumvent the customs regulations put in place by any governing body.
