Trading conditions Flowlow - trader


These B2B Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of FlowLow products ("Products") by resellers, brick-and-mortar stores and other business customers ("the Customer"). By placing an order with FlowLow, the customer accepts these conditions.


Prices and discounts

All prices are quoted excluding VAT and any other charges. FlowLow reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. FlowLow may offer volume discounts and special pricing for customers who purchase larger quantities.


Order and delivery conditions

Orders can easily be placed via e-mail, telephone. FlowLow prioritizes efficiency and fast delivery of orders based on product availability and the chosen delivery method. Although we do our best to meet the agreed delivery time frame, we ask for your understanding if unforeseen circumstances beyond our control should cause delays.


Payment terms

The payment deadline is net 10 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

FlowLow reserves the right to require prepayment for new customers or in the event of a lack of payment history.


Transport damage

Transport damage must be reported immediately.


Complaint

For traders, we offer 1 year right of complaint.


The right of complaint only covers material and manufacturing defects and not damages that occur as a result of wear and tear, incorrect treatment, lack of maintenance, etc.


If you as a trader want to claim a defect, this must be done immediately after the defect is or should have been discovered. You must notify us in writing of this and describe what the defect consists of.


If you have discovered or should have discovered the defect, and have not complained as stated, you cannot later assert the defect.


You must cover the costs of sending the item back to us yourself.

Right of withdrawal

As a rule, we do not offer the right of cancellation in B2B purchases.

However, customers have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that production has not already begun. If production has started and the customer wishes to cancel the order, a cancellation fee will be charged to cover the costs already incurred in relation to the order.


Limitation of liability

FlowLow's liability for any claim in connection with the products is limited to the invoiced amount for the products in question. FlowLow is not responsible for indirect losses, including loss of profit, loss of turnover or loss of goodwill.


Force majeure

FlowLow is not responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations as a result of force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, import or export restrictions, government intervention or other unforeseen events beyond FlowLow's control.



Confidentiality

Both FlowLow and the Customer undertake to keep all information exchanged in connection with this collaboration confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, pricing, discounts, product information, business strategies and customer data.


Changes and termination

FlowLow reserves the right to change these B2B trading conditions from day to day.

If the customer does not accept the changes, the customer has the right to terminate the cooperation with FlowLow within the same period. The termination must be notified in writing.


Choice of law and dispute resolution

These B2B trading conditions are subject to Danish legislation. Any disputes that may arise in connection with these conditions must first be resolved through negotiation. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the dispute must be settled in Denmark's courts.
